Pleasures of Paleo: Cooking Class with Chef Tom Herndon by MAX

Chef Tom Herndon leads a group of 23 participants, broken into teams, to prepare a Paleo dinner. Event starts with appetizers. Participants sit down to dinner as a group after all preparation is complete. Chef Tom's sous chef will assist in preparation. Yay! Event will take place at the Cookhouse and they will take care of the clean-up. Double Yay! The Cookhouse has a nice selection of beer, wine, and other beverages for purchase. Corkage fee is $10. Cost includes all other expenses and gratuity.
